Pre School : Starting at 2 years , 9 months.
We encourage all forms of communication with
our youngest learners, listening, speaking, pre-reading
and writing. We explore math, science and social studies
through hand on and center based activities. Our pre-schoolers
can be found in the block center, using sand and water play,
working with table toys, manipulatives and puzzles, creating
art work, cooking and reading stories.
Pre - K : 4 years - Children expand on the skills they
learned in Pre-School as they participate in activities
to mentally and physically prepare them for math and
reading as well as social problem solving skills.
Phonetic skills are combined with sight word and rhyming
word knowledge to propel all students towards a life long love
of reading.
Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade :
Reading skills increase and improve throughout
the year. Children learn to work independently
at math and other theme-based centers.
Science and Social Studies projects expose the
children to new concepts and the world around them.
Various theme based projects throughout the school
year help them apply the concepts they are learning
to real life experiences.
