Standard Curriculum
“Children Come First” ---- that is the motto in our school where the teachers and parents work together to provide quality education in a caring environment. Come visit, take a tour and see for yourself. Smiling, happy children in our classrooms, teachers who always encourage the children to do their best and work at developing a sense of self-esteem and self-respect in each and every child.
In addition the staff looks for the correct modality for each student’s learning style. The teacher is looking for each student’s Multiple Intelligence, meaning how the child best learns. Each year the staff takes its time to discover their class. Upon the observation, the teacher comes up with the correct approach for class. Our classrooms are tailored to the student not the teacher. These approaches give ample opportunity for the students to learn.
We use an eclectic approach. Our teachers use the Montessori Philosophy of individualization, small group, and hands-on style. Our goal is to take the student where he or she is developmentally and to guide each student to achieve his or her personal best using guided lessons and establishing a sense of self-esteem. Our program is hands-on approach to learning and consists of a child-centered curriculum. Learning centers placed around the classroom allow for movement of the students as they continue to learn and grow.
