Ballet promotes physical strength and agility, can boost concentration, develops an understanding of music and rhythm and generates a love of movement. Ballet can also improve body awareness and physical self control as well as boost teamwork, communication skills, trust and cooperation and build a child’s self esteem.  Ms. Nancy Green of the Dance Emporium in Middletown has been running the ballet program at New Beginnings for 15 years.
